I have 3 cats.

Yes, it's excessive. I hate the cat hair, I scoop poop sometimes twice a day.

I spend tons of money on food, litter, and toys.

But, I love my kitties.

 

Fatty came to us with Cha. Both cats were old.

The previous owner was getting rid of them because

 they belonged to her daughter who was now leaving

for college and there were allergy issues.

Cha died about a year and a half after we had him.

So Fatty was alone.

But not for long...

We got Mowe...

The black cat. He came from a shelter, he was terribly

abused.

The first 2 weeks he was with us he stayed locked in

the computer room no one could approach him.

He would spit, growl, and hide.

After 2 weeks of this, I would get home from work, go

 into the computer room hunt him down and force him

to sit on the couch with me.

After about a week, he would hear the garage door

open and go to the couch. He's been a delight ever

since. Although he hides if there is anyone but Hook

or I in the house.

Baby Kitty who's real name is Chaps but we never call

her that.

Hook brought her home. She was born in the country.

She came to us with an eye infection, upper

respiratory infection, ear mites...which of course she

passed on to the other 2 cats.

It took nearly 3 months to get them all healthy...and a

lot of cash I might add. Chaps is a pill. She's into

everything, has quite the attitude and personality.

 Hook loves Baby Kitty...he lets her sleep in the bed

with him.

He was never fond of cats before. Now ...well it's all

about Baby Kitty!!

I'm Just a Bill 

Boy: Woof!

You sure gotta climb a lot of steps to get to this Capitol Building here in Washington.

But I wonder who that sad little scrap of paper is?

I'm just a bill. Yes, I'm only a bill. And I'm sitting here on Capitol Hill.

Well, it's a long, long journey To the capital city.

It's a long, long wait While I'm sitting in committee,

But I know I'll be a law someday At least I hope and pray that I will,

But today I am still just a bill.......
