I lost a week somewhere!!

I'll be back soon. Hook and I are well. We were waiting for my Dad to come in from Michigan.

The weekend was full of people over, cleaning, then a vegetative state on Monday.

Dad is due in in Friday evening. I have a couple of 12 hour shifts to get in before then.

I know I've missed some good stuff!!!

This is the longest time I've ever stayed away from my computer.

Yes, I'm having withdrawals!

A stomach virus ran through the facility last week.

Thursday night was horrible.

Last night it hit, I had a splitting headache all day. About 10:00 p.m. I got violently ill.

I have a call out to my supervisor, Shrek...I don't think I can make a 12 hour shift.

I'm almost done catching up with everyone.

Boy, you don't want to get behind on the happenings around here, it's like skipping 2 chapters in a novel....nothing makes a damn bit of sense.

I'm preparing for another event.

My Dad will be visiting this month. His estimated arrival time, September 17.

I haven't seen him in over 3 years. He will be stopping in on his journey from Michigan to Florida. He makes this trip twice a year....avoiding the Michigan winters he bought a home in Florida.

We are planning a "meet Dad" party combined with a "Happy Birthday SaraBoBeara" party.

Should be the last bash of the season.

Any outrageous suggestions are welcome.

I'm running out of ideas to entertain.

I haven't been around much lately.

 I'm going to visit everyone in the next couple days.

We had Hook's grandson for the weekend....

Yes, darling little boy...ran from 8 a.m. til 9 p.m. non-stop.

There is a reason why most people in their 40's do not have toddlers...

Hook left for Kentucky this morning.
